I think, Before painting, slosh your brush in whatever solvent you will be using at the end of the day to clean the brush (i.e., water for latex, mineral spirits for oil, etc.) It'll be easier to clean when you're done.

Painting inside of your home can be very difficult. It 'easy to just slap some paint and the walls of the roller brush. What is difficult is a painting of the interior of your home as cornices, recessed ceiling lights, etc. It can be a little 'hard to do, and requires some skill and expertise to be able to do it well.
